To avoid additional fees, the primary renter must have:

• Are 21+ Yrs Old

• Have an Iowa Driver's License

• Have 2 (or less) Drivers

• Debit or Credit Card

Just a heads-up: we can't promise specific makes, models, or features – we price our vehicles based on their size, not their celebrity status. Towing, hauling, or making modifications to our fleet? That's a no-go! Oh, and sorry, no Suburbans, Tahoes, pickups, or trailers in sight.

We would like to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any unused days. To ensure the best experience, we recommend determining the duration you will need your vehicle before submitting a request. While we strive to accommodate extension requests, routine maintenance is crucial. Therefore, all extension requests must be submitted in writing by responding to your confirmation email before your deadline. Our team will review your request and inform you of the approval or denial.
