I acknowledge that upon receiving a confirmation email for my rental vehicle from Ames Auto Rentals will charge the card any cancellation will incur a fee equal to one day's rental, including tax. No extra fees will apply to cancellations, and policy remains in effect regardless of the cancellation timing.
 
Renters are required to pay a $200 deposit for bookings made with less than 24 hours' notice. The authorized $200 hold is to reserve the vehicle until the appointment time. This hold will be applied to the rental deposit. All other rental fees will be charged at time of service.
